This second and third story unit offers elevated and unobstructed views of the bay from its 2 decks furnished for your comfort during your morning coffee or evening sunset. The open layout has a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 6 comfortably and is well equipped with everything you need including a blender, coffee maker, dishes, cups , glassware, utensils and more. There is also a large dining area off the kitchen to accommodate all your guests.
The living room also offers great views of the bay and has a large comfortable wrap around couch, chair, coffee table, large TV and DVD player. The dinning room seats 6 people and has a sliding glass door which opens to the deck which provides a west view of the bay and the beautiful sunsets shelter harbor has to offer.
The first of the of the 4 bedrooms is situated just off the entry way and stairs to the next floor. This spacious bedroom has 2 twin beds, table, nightstand, ceiling fan as well a its own TV. There is also a full bathroom next to the bedroom.
The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the beds are all queen size and the rooms all have dressers, nightstands, ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers great views of the bay while the guest room next door offers a private deck over looking the bay. The front guest room is spacious and offer a eastern exposure for the early riser.
